If you believe you are in the market for a new car and live near Story City, I highly recommend working with Chris Reif, I believe financially I am in a better position for a newer vehicle for my business, however the current vehicle I got, I've only had a few months and with me only have been paying on it for around 4 months there is negative equity and rather than trying hard to get a commission, Chris suggested get the current vehicle paid down and after sometime then try again! I personally look for Honesty and Transparency in the interactions I have with people and he did just that! I will be using Karl Ford of Story City when the time is right (will have to be a Chevy though haha)
I ran into car trouble as I was commuting back to northern Minnesota and was so happy I came across Karl Ford. Everyone from the gentleman who greeted me at the front desk and did some initial triage, to the mechanics who worked on my car where so professional. Thank you for treating me so well and going above and beyond to fit my repair in late on a Friday afternoon. Because of you I was able to make it back home to my family
All the sudden they can’t install customer supplied tires. Like I understand not wanting to take like an alternator or a transmission but a tire? On top of that, they just mounted my drivers side tire about a mom ago, they broke my Tire inflator sensor thing last time I went and they said they’d call me when the part got there. Never did.
If you want a dealership and service shop that goes above and beyond for the customer. This is the place. Special shout out to Max Hannusch, service manager. If I could do 6 stars I would!
Really a pleasure to work with on getting my new Bronco. There were no surprises, they were with me communicating through the entire process from ordering the vehicle to preparing it for my delivery.
